BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT I EVER SEENI was truly amazed by how responsive and professional CrazyEgg's customer service is. I subscribed for free trial and eventually forgot about it, so at the end of trial period I was charged for full year, according to agreement. I was a bit disappointed and cancel my subscription right away. Couple of days after I got contacted by support and after explaining my situation I got refunded, even that they don't do that according by their terms. Support was super kind and understanding. I will definitely use CrazyEgg in the future, if I'll be in need analytic software ☺️
