They SCAM me! The reward after finishing one of their guided projects is not given! I have reported this issue since 11 days ago but all they can say is "Your patience and understanding are appreciated" and the problem is never going to be fixed because the actually do not intend to handle it, Their customer service agents are not professional at all! They do not have enough information regarding the platform! COURSERA IS REALLY THE WORST ONLINE LEARNING PLATFORM COMPARED TO THE OTHERS!
