A little backstory: I have spent my entire adult life working part-time hourly jobs or gig jobs and living with my parents, and at the moment I am completely unemployed. So I decided to use some of the money I had in savings sign up for the Google Career Certificate in Data Analytics, in the hope that that might help me learn skills that could qualify me for a full-time job with health insurance. When I enrolled, I was told it would cost $49 per month. For the first couple of months, I was just charged $49 as expected, but recently, I found an unauthorized $35 charge to my checking account from Coursera (in addition to the $49 I was expecting to be charged). I have not purchased anything else from Coursera; they just straight up stole money right out of my account. I also had to pay a $40 overdraft fee to the bank because Coursera stole from me. Let me reiterate that I AM COMPLETELY UNEMPLOYED, I HAVE ZERO INCOME, AND COURSERA TOOK WHAT LITTLE I DO HAVE. You can go to jail for shoplifting; the people who run Coursera should be in jail too. But because I am society's garbage and I have no money or social standing, I can be taken advantage of this way and these people will never face any consequences. F--- COURSERA!(Although Coursera is allowed to steal from unemployed people, TrustPilot won't allow me to use profanity when talking about them, which is why I had to use the dashes. But you know what I mean.)
