I signed up as part of a works program and started doing the google courses. A year later I looked to renew. There is always an offer around new year for a large amount off an annual subscription. I tried to purchase it and the offer won't add to cart. Unusual but ok contacted customer services. Offer is new customers only. It's BURIED in the terms and conditions. Customer service sent a template reply pointing it out. When I replied saying that's poor customer service they responded in a rude and condescending manner reiterating new customers only. I got a sarcastic non-apology reply, honestly for a site that hosts google and microsoft certs its one of the worst customer service experiences i've ever had. I've cancelled my sub.
