On the 24th of December, I made the decision to cancel my subscription as £48 was slated to be deducted from my account the next day. However, it is crucial to emphasize that I had successfully completed the second part of the SAP course and was eagerly awaiting the peer-graded response. Despite dedicating a significant amount of time to completing other challenging quizzes, it appears that all my progress has been erased, giving the impression that I never initiated the course.Furthermore, I took the initiative to share my concerns on the forum, only to discover that my post was deleted. This adds another layer of frustration to the situation. I had genuinely intended to resubscribe in the new year when my financial situation improved. In light of these circumstances, I kindly request your prompt assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring the issuance of my certificate for the completed course
