Coursera’s customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I put in the time and completed an entire course within my trial period, only to have my account permanently banned over an age restriction. I requested a simple temporary pause until I reach the required age, which is standard with most companies, but they wouldn't consider it. Instead of pausing my account until I’m eligible, as other companies do, they’ve permanently banned me. For a company that claims to support all learners, they have zero flexibility and don’t care about individual situations or young students who are serious about learning. Extremely disappointing experience.
