Customer service is non existent and I see here my issue with them is common and systemic. I canceled four months ago, I have the email of the cancellation notification and they will not refund the money. That is $200 down the tubes, for nothing. I will give them at least $200 of bad press, I'm so miffed! They have turned a long time supporter since they first started, into a detractor. They will never git a dime from me again.
