I am a huge advocate of Crypto and believe that the quality of the exchanges is part of it’s legitimisation. I have a wallet with coinbase that I am unable to access. There is no way to contact a human to verify your access to your account all the ‘support’ leads you on a scam-style loop. I am shocked at the level of customer care and accessibility offered by one of the biggest wallet and exchange providers. I have tried all avenues suggested on the site and elsewhere. Following a review on here my issues were resolved, I do believe that a simple form on the website that is not behind the password/login would save those locked out of their accounts giving access to support.
