About 3yrs ago I bought $500 worth of bitcoin. It was between $5-6000 at the time I sold it at roughly $99k. Something can't be right because I only got about $470 for the transaction. I called the customer service line and there was an hour wait time. So I opted for a callback. It was 1:30pm at the time I got a callback at 2:30am. I had a really hard time understanding the lady. After a hour an and a half all I managed to get was a pdf sent to me stating that bitcoin was at $99k when I sold it and received $470 for it.
