They do keep your crypto safe. Never been hacked from what I know. But they've become really shit after hiring compliance officers. My account locked after tourists visit to two countries. Support doesnt reply. No service. No functioning support. They want a case number but you cant open a case because they've closed that support option. Very smart.Then I hear three of my friends have been locked for various silly reasons. Its borderline criminal what theyre doing while wanting to "follow the law".
