Used to be 5*, now just plain awful.I was a premium member until yesterday paying £199.99 a month for their unlimited transactions service which I used a lot. Problem with them is they don't mind taking your money but don't like when you want it back. I had a substantial amount of crypto on the exchange and decided it would be safer in my cold wallet. I was restricted to £800 withdrawals, all costing Gas fees. Each transaction also takes time. I performed numerous withdrawals of £800 yesterday and gave up for the day. Today I find my account is blocked from sending MY CRYPTO to myself. Basically they are restricting me from my money. I dont even know if this is legal. As soon as I have withdrawn my crypto I will be moving to Binance.
