I have had an absolutely dreadful experience with Coinbase. My account was locked over two years ago, and despite providing all requested documents—multiple times—I am still unable to access my funds.Every interaction with their support team has been a frustrating cycle of providing more documents, receiving vague assurances, and then being ignored. I have gone through their help desk over 30 times, wasting days of my life, only to be told my case is being "prioritized"—which clearly means nothing, as no progress has been made.Coinbase's definition of "diligence" seems to be vastly different from the rest of us. Instead of actually resolving issues, they keep customers in limbo with endless requests and no accountability. Their customer service is unresponsive, inefficient, and ultimately useless.I have lost all patience and confidence in this company. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly advise against using Coinbase.
