Was about to do my first trade, a promo popped up for Coinbase ONE (lots of free trading), for 9.99 instead of 19.99, so I signed up. They charged the full 19.99. Went on to chat to challenge this (their BOT responses indicate this happens a LOT) did webchat to try and get the extra tenner back, 4 chat agents said "give me a minute while i look" all timed out, then got an agent who said he had never heard of it happening. Then said he would refund it, then asked for a screenshot of the offer (of course i could not see the offer as i'd already signed up) so then he said he would NOT refund the extra charged.All round shambolic.Asked to make a complaint, said i could but replies take 45 days, then sent me a link, which doesn't work. Horrible!
