This company has imposed restrictions on my account. I have contacted them to lift these restrictions, as if the asset price goes down, I will lose money, but they haven’t done so. I have already lost some money because of this issue, and when I asked them if they would reimburse me, they said no. I cannot see how it is possible for them to restrict my account without giving me an option to act on my assets; I can’t even transfer them. This situation puts me at a disadvantage, and I believe it is not legal.
