Coinbase's security system has now locked my account five times. Each time the account has been unlocked, as it was easily proven to be an error, but only after days to weeks of waiting and chatting/calling with customer support, and losing money on trades in the process. The exchange is incredibly vague and doesn't provide useful information for preventing its security system from doing this again.Very worrying to see how easily Coinbase locks users out of their accounts (by reading 1 star reviews on Trustpilot you can see I'm not the only one), and restricts all activity, including withdrawing money that is rightfully yours.Avoid if possible! There are plenty of other great exchanges out there.
