I opened a coinbase account several years ago and everything was easy to navigate, invest instantly and cash out quickly. I then became sick or I could no longer invest money so my account became still and then as I got back to work not too long ago and wanting to start reinvesting I was dumbfounded when I found out somebody had gotten into my account and bought and traded BTC. And trust when I say I can't afford to buy Bitcoin, and why would I even attempt to why would I even invest $100 in Bitcoin with the fluctuation it would just be a loss. So I had noticed that my account had been tampered with so I immediately closed it a little over a month ago and then created a new one. I did my verification link my bank account and all the other necessary information. I then go to invest one day and I was refused saying that my account was under review, and when I spoke with the representative she was stating about me having several accounts and which I only had one and I told her that it looks to me like my account was tampered with. She expedited the situation and we was supposed to be resolved within 3 to 5 days. I had not gotten any emails or phone calls from them since May regarding the issue so I could deposit cash and continue trading. I just get off the phone now it is June 16th 2025. And young lady came back and told me that I was ineligible to hold an account with them or trade on their platform. She told me she spoke with her supervisor after being on hold almost 10 minutes and informed me that I was banned from opening an account, using their platform. I asked why she said that she spoke with her supervisors which I heard in the background for a few seconds and she returned to the phone stating she could not disclose the information of why I am banned from using coinbase. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she had told me that they won't speak to me. But I will bet you if I had 50 or $100,000 in that account they would be jumping over hurdles to help me and get me back on the platform to continue trading. I had kept asking to speak with the supervisor and she said she was told they would not take my phone call. This used to seem like a great platform up until now. If I could rate it a zero, I definitely would.
