While the system looks good. I had really bad run ins with their sales team. The man who tried to sell us their card machine rates, failed to notify us of certain charges. I sent all of my current charges, including % fees and authorisation costs. He replied 'only % fees'. Not until we are about to sign that we realise there is a whole host of other fees and charges.
I tried to explain this to his manager who got very irate with me saying 'I wouldnt complain if my rates go down' this isnt the point I kept responding. The point is we were not told about it. He hung up. very unprofessional.
