Small business in Aurora, IL started using Clover due to its partnership with our Work Flow Program CoreBridge. When we had 2 identical transactions "50% down, 50% upon completion, this was enough to flag the account and stop releasing funds. We had to submit 3 months of bank statements, invoices and answer over a dozen questions about our business. The problem originated on July 14, 2022 which is when we submitted all info required of us and after countless back and forth emails and calls, they are telling us our funds will be released Sept 22. How is this legal?!
