The Point of Sales system itself is great...easy to use, easy to train my staff. The apps that you can add on are all terrible. All of them that I have tried to use either are extremely clunky or don't integrate properly causing a lot of issues. My biggest issue is with support. It's nearly impossible to get any help from a human being. I was sold this product about 4 years ago...as soon as the ink dried on the check my "representative" wouldn't take my calls or offer any help. They have a lot of "help articles" on the site, but unless you know what key words to put in, it's impossible to find the resources that you need. I tried to do the "chat" feature at 2:45 in the afternoon (Eastern US Time) and was given an automatic prompt that "it was outside of normal business hours, so nobody was available to chat with me." I like the system, but it's only as good as the support offered. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
