Jessica Cedona always responded to my texts or calls and took care of my issues by setting up the clover POS and printer system, and activating it. Also, she was of great help in making sure my Clover solo was synced with my clover dual since the merchant id was different on each and almost for 2 months couldn't use the POS.Finally, she took care of contacting proper staff for my payment since I was charged both in my credit and bank account debit. She contacted proper staff to fix this major issue and now my clover solo and printer is paid off fully with my credit card. I should be getting my charged payment back in my bank account.
