I'm a fishing charter captain and I needed an option for my customers who paid using business cards. I find that Clover had reasonable pricing, the app is really easy to use, and it is convenient for both me and my clients as I can take payment anywhere I get phone service. I would highly recommend Clover if you're a small business and have customers who occasionally pay using credit cards.Update of original review: Well after only 6 months, I have to say that the honeymoon with Clover was short lived. They ended up charging me an extra yearly fee that they had originally agreed to waive since I only use the service once or twice yearly. When I brought it to their attention, they said the salesperson that I originally spoke to was in another department now and that they couldn't find her notes so the charges would stay. I ended up cancelling my service with them and blocking the payment with my credit card. Cost me a few bucks and some time which I shouldn't have had to go through. Overall, a bad experience. They called and tried to get me back once they saw the block but NO WAY I'd do business with them again.
