Everything is wrong with this system. I switched from square and my business dropped. Make the customer pay for the credit card processing. bad idea. when i tried to change it they just dropped the ball and left it. product pics delete themselves, i had to repiut the same pics back up. the rep i have has no idea how to work the system. hes always out of town and is lazy as hell. they own bento box and dont integrate with it for loyalty plans. just terrible
