Im with these guys for years and years. I added a new domain and purchased the domain service for 1 year @ 240 euro. I made a mistake and regsitered the wrong domain url we had bought 2 and i added the wrong one. I asked could i change - no, i asked can i cancel and the answer was no. They are literally robbing me of 240 euro for a typo and forcing me to pay a years subscription for nothing. I have to go ahead now and add the corrected domain and pay for that too. How the hell can they keep a straight face and treat their customers like this?!!
