this is what i wrote to them today, 5/14/20:"internet connection bad but can log on immediately after game. this is a problem with chess.com. it is consistent and making chess.com unplayable. please advise on what is being done. i am going to make some bad reviews as starting to get (*#@. just e-mail me at my inbox. i've made multiple reports and as far as i know no replies."
