This is an awesome website with MANY features, but the customer service is absolutely AWFUL. There is an issue that I have been working to resolve for over 2 months and it is STILL not resolved. The response time is horrendous, and they will NOT resolve anything over the phone. They say that chat is the best way to get something resolved, but the lack of response makes me not want to use their site at all.
