I don’t know how well this problem will be resolved yet because it is currently unresolved. But the attitude of your team is thus far excellent. For some reason the 50 points awarded to me by chess.com because someone I played was identified as cheating do not stay with me. The tech added them, but the computer adjusts my ranking as if they were never added, using my previous score prior to the point adjustment. Hopefully this glitch can be fixed.
