My child purchased a 125 euro annual subscription and one month later his account was suspended without any notice or explanation.It is likely that chess.com algos flagged him for cheating because of his very highly accurate moves. My preteen child says he played against a poor opponent who was likely having a very poor day so that's how his moves were accurate. Neither his rating nor his past results (50% wins) suggest anything suspicious. His chess teacher wrote to chess.com but nothing happened.
