I have dealt with customer service 3 times with Chegg. Once the person was decent but still not helpful in any way and the other 2 times the person was rude, sparky and disrespectful. They have really poor business practices of charging by the month and not giving any advance notice before charging. If you request a refund for any reason it is an emphatic NO! They use poor descriptions for the materials they send out and won't work with you to correct mistakes they have made. All in all, I will never use them again!
