I recently subscribed for a series of asnwers for multiple books. User ratings for the answers were hidden until subscribing, which led to me finding out that most of them were flat out wrong or non-existent after payment. Furthermore, some answers were advertised to be there before subscribing, but in reality missing. I was told that I would have to deal with it, as "it's part Chegg's policy", when it in reality is false advertisement and being misleading. I hope YOU too wil stay away from this service in the future!
