Dear Chase bank, I have tried to open an account with Chase via the app. I have uploaded my passport / EU ID for over 40 times , tried all the different combinations of names (I have maiden and spouse name ) but still it is not working . I have spoken to your costumer service about this issue 5 différent times since Sept 7th but the only answer that I get is that technical support will look into this.How is it possible that such a reputable bank has such a poor level of service ?
