I've had credit cards for over 40 years!. I've banked with probably every Bank in the last 50 years. This bank is the most laughable excuse for a bank I've ever dealt with!. Apparently they had a huge software malfunction in September and a huge security breach!. So now if you call in with a concern about your account you're going to spend 10 minutes answering all the security questions. And most likely they will have to call you back to make sure the number you gave them is your number!. Smh!. How can a multi multi-billion dollar company like this have a software security breach?? I've canceled all my credit cards with chase. I will be moving my stock portfolio elsewhere. I have never ever dealt with such an insufficient inadequate Bank in my entire life!.
