I accidentally signed up to a subscription when trying to make a single donation. I realised my mistake at once and emailed Change.org to let them know. I was very pleasantly surprised by the speed with which they cancelled it and let me know. If only commercial enterprises worked as carefully, rapidly and fairly, it would be a different world.
