Your company caused me a lot of trouble because I donated seven dollars to something I wanted to help out with and I didn’t click the opt out of the subscription so you charged me for about six months or so at seven dollars a month and I had to phone the bank. I had to explain it to my husband because we have a joint bank account that the money was coming out of and he thought it was on his credit card so he was going crazy trying to get it stopped and he couldn’t because it was on my card. And we finally got it figured out and I emailed you as a very frustrated customer and suggested that you have your people who want to donate once to opt “in” to subscribe and then if they don’t click on the button they will not automatically be charged by the month the way I was charged. I didn’t even see the opt “out” button. I also read on a Google search, that you were a good company to start with but had been taken over by a scam company so I was very suspicious also but when I did contact you with my brother emphatic email, you returned an excellent response with great respect and I was impressed that you returned all my money and took me off the subscribe list. It turned out to be excellent customer service in the end, but I do hope you take my suggestion seriously.
