Do yourself a favor, if there is a physical copy of the book available just buy it, I have been waiting on a solution to my technical issue for over a month. Imagine being 5 weeks into your semester and being unable to access the solutions manual or the book for your class and no one responds to your emails inquiring about the fix!!!!Every time I try and access the digital copy of the book or student solutions manual I get an error message, it makes the product unusable, they opened a “case” on the issue over a month ago and I still have no resolution.Their customer service and technical service departments have failed to communicate the status and keep telling me my issue has been “escalated” with no resolution.
