I am so fed up with Cengage, educational professionals need to stop using this company. This does not help students! First, trying to use the text book on the site is inefficient. You cannot open multiple pages at once to reference another part of the book. This makes studying very difficult. Two, I am constantly being logged out from inactivity. I am reading or cross-referencing! Also, for some reason, engage no longer remembers my password so I have to change my pw every single time to log in to the site. I cannot believe schools are allowing this. Universities and City Colleges need to take notice and stop using these text books. The mult questions are misleading, and it is a horrible learning environment. Blackboard and iLearn are whole other topic on how our colleges are failing their students.
