Ist time using this app. It doesnt open immediatly and while trying to read through the chapters the page goes blank, then resets to the beginning of the book. No ot a very user friendly experience. I just went back to school after being out for nearly 20 years. I understand technology has changed but I expect better performance for an application that is being used in a higher learning environment. Cengage-you suck.
