To say that Cengage is simply the biggest money grab scam I've ever seen is being kind. Absolutely no customer service value at all. Let me guess, they laid off (or never hired) all of the human beings and automated everything to they could hand out bonuses to the executives and talk about what a great job their doing. Does nothing but get in the way of me actually learning something.
