I’m really disappointed with Cengage

I’m really disappointed with Cengage! I bought a book for my daughter that she required for college, this was in the month of February 2022! I waited for it to arrive 4 - 5 weeks but to my dismay it did not! I contacted Cengage and they told me to check with Canpar for the delivery date! Canpar replied it had already shipped the parcel to my house along with a picture of the parcel on the front door. Unfortunately this was not my home. I contacted Canpar and they said they would put a trace on the parcel but after waiting for a long time and communicated with them they told me to contact Cengage to advise them that the trace was put off and to tell them that Canpar had shipped the parcel to the wrong house. So I contacted them to give them this information and to ask them to ship another book and send the bill to Canpar! I have tried countless emails to Cengage but never got a response! In fact I’m still trying to get a response from them. This is not the way to do business! They know that Canpar made a mistake but still refuse to send another book for my daughter! Price of book $150.00.My advise to anyone who needs a book or online reading services to go somewhere else! Unless you want a lot of problems!
