This service is hands down the biggest rip-off forced on people by schools and universities. The problems are rarely ever specific enough to know what kind of answer the garbage program is looking for. If you try to use their terrible "Read It" function, you will just get sent to the beginning of the chapter the question came from, instead of taking you to the specific section or page you need to see. Yes, this is a problem when the textbook is 1000 pages and each section is 50-100 pages long. Half the time the homework assignment are incorrect, and you will have to go to your professor for clarification. It's only saving grace is the "Watch It" feature that is only available on a few questions. This feature will teach you better than most teachers. If I could rate negative stars I would.
