I was lucky and found one good caregiver on this website but the other 3 were horrible. I terminated one I thought was stealing when I found she had gone thru my mothers entire house and pulled her crystal out of the cabinets. Two were no shows with only a few hours notice and one called at 4 a.m. saying she hurt her ankle and couldn't be there at 8. Be very careful and background check them yourself.
