Don’t waste your time on this site. I’ve been on there for years after I paid again to do my background check (which came back fine) all of a sudden my profile was taken down with no explanation. I appealed it and emailed them and no one has ever told me why! I then got an email after my 7th email saying my issue has been taken care of and the ticket was closed but no one still to this day has ever contacted me back with an explanation as to why my profile had been removed after my appeal or email, I have no idea still why my profile was removed. I haven’t violated any of their site rules. I will be putting in a complaint also with the BBB anyone else I can possibly think of. I recommend making cards and advertising yourself! I’ve found more clients this way anyway in all the years I’ve been on care.com I’ve found 2 people that actually needed care and one lady was a psycho that was abusing her mother and disabled brothers and knew I was getting close to the truth so she fired me!Update: After this they sent me a basic email saying someone will be getting back to me the same email I’ve received numerous times but still no one is telling me why my account was removed! I don’t want the account back but I do want to know why it was removed in the first place. 8/22 and I still haven’t heard a peep from these people explaining why they closed my profile!
