Used this once in 2018 and apparently have been getting charged yearly without any notifications. Yes, I should have caught it but it is extremely shady business practice to auto-renew yearly with no notice! That is likely why they are still in business, so many of us don't even know we are being charged. AND even though I have not used it since 2018 they would not refund me for the most recent charge. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!
