I have submitted background checks for my nannies and I still have not gotten them back from care.com. It has been 2 weeks. It is the only step I am waiting on to hire my nanny. I contacted the company that does their background checks and they have not received the request from care.com.I have been messaging care.com over the last 2 weeks about this and they assured me that the requests are submitted and that they are waiting on Sterling privacy practices. But Sterling privacy practices states that they are not receiving the information from care.com to do the background checks.I have contacted care.com and I still have no resolution. I paid a lot of money for the subscription and to do the background checks but I have not gotten anything from this "premium service". It is just delaying the process. I should have just done my own check and not paid for the service though care.com. Also they are not doing a good job of communicating and the only way to contact them is chat or email. Really disappointing
