I am updating my review about care.com because they finally resolved the issue with my profile. After reaching out multiple times, I was finally connected to someone who actually helped me and gave me some answers! I truly do love using care.com to connect with families, but there was an error on their end that caused my dissatisfaction prior. They finally fixed everything, so now I can use the site like I had been in the past. Thanks care for resolving this issue and helping me!
