Customer for 25+ Years (soon to be X Customer):Do not bank with this predatory firm any more. It may have been okay for a few decades but those days have ended. Beware. Capital One has implemented computer systems that design maths-gibberish to create gobbledygook “statements”. This is a well studied practice that is illegal in business.None of their agents answering their phones can add or subtract. They repeat over and over that your account is in "perfect order" while large sums of cash are missing from posted deposits and credits-- which remain "missing" for months without explanation. Their "customer service" department is in fact a customer harassment center. Stay away from this firm.
