They lost a wire transfer

They lost a wire transfer. How I have no idea. I opened my 360 account to have zero fees and interest which is great. But when I needed that 1000 wire from an I ternational company they managed to lose it. What is worse they do not keep track of calls. The first call I made they opened a dispute. The second call I made they told me they would give a provisional credit in 5 days. Here I am 5 days later and I get an email that my dispute claim has been denied because they needed to give it a new claim number. When I called ( been waiting for a month for this wire now) to see where the provisional credit was they said they could not tell me. I got upset and asked what they think the problem with the wire is. They put me on hold came back 5 minutes later and said it is the sending parties fault and take it up with them. I have confirmation from them from their bank that it was wired. I guess I am out $1000. How on Earth is this possible? Where did this money go?
