they make it difficult to make a payment. anytime i go to make one i put in my user name and password and it tells me to create an account...uhhh i have one. then i call stupid ghetto walmart to make a payment and they tell me that im behind when im not. shady customer service. im just going to stop making payments and go to collections i guess cause i dont have time for this crap. i only got the card so i could get a battery in an emergency situation i was in. tired of wal mart and their greedy corporate behavior and capital one needs to learn how to fix their system. BIG FAIL!!! 0 STARS IF I COULD.
