"I'm extremely dissatisfied with Capitol One's treatment of customers facing financial hardships. Despite having high-interest rates, they refused to work with me to find a manageable solution. To add insult to injury, they require a minimum debt of $2000 to qualify for their debt management plan, leaving me with no options since my debt is $1600. I've been forced to close my accounts to stop the interest accrual and will now have to endure seven years of bad credit and harassing collection calls. I want to warn others about Capitol One's inflexible policies and lack of empathy towards customers struggling financially."
