I tried to make a payment, Capitol One would not let me. Finally was able to make a payment, next day, in full. It withdrew from personal account and showed in app as paid. A scheduled payment for internet was charged and returned causing more fees. I was given holidays and that Cap One can decide to hold up payments to and from. At any given time, without notice. Not a good service for anyone.
