This bank is a joke, I called customer rervice because my account was restricted, I try to provide every thing they ask for, foto of driver license foto of my self and still was not sufficient, they ask a copy of my statement, i was in my holidays in South America i wanted to use my card, finally i cancelled the account i could not take any more BS from customer service.
